Return/Refund Policy for ALT1000 Products

To be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be damaged in transit to receive an exchange or store credit.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your exchange. The exchange product will be sent to the business address on file. Shipping method payments will be paid for by the customer before shipment.
Damaged goods must be returned to the ALT 1000 warehouse before the 15-day deadline to be eligible for a product exchange.
